Add-on Questions

Every licensed user gets 100 questions for the month which expire at the end of each calendar month. If you have reached the limit of 100 questions, you won't be able to ask additional questions unless you have purchased add-on questions for your workspace.

Only available in Slack

Add-on Questions currently can only be purchased through the Slack App. If you are not using Slack and need to purchase add-on questions, please email [email protected] for assistance.

How do Add-on questions work?​

Add-on questions can only be purchased by an Admin:

  • Add-on questions are priced at $10.00 for 100 additional questions.
  • This is a one-time payment and the questions will never expire as long as your subscription is active.
  • At the end of your current billing cycle, any unused questions will be carried forward to your next billing cycle.

Purchasing Add-on questions​

To purchase add-on questions, follow these steps:

  • Open Chat Aid

  • Click on Messages from Chat Aid (You would get a notification when the limitation is exhausted).

  • Click on the Buy add-on

  • You will receive a notification prompting you to proceed with your payment.

​

  • You will receive a confirmation regarding the payment made for the add-on purchase.
